My Story
With more than 25 years leading communications across public relations, investor relations, and capital markets, I have built a reputation for turning strategy into impact. I’ve led thousands of roadshows and industry events and helped companies navigate major milestones, crises, and M&A with clear, consistent messaging that built confidence and credibility. It has been deeply rewarding work that connected leaders, employees, investors, and their shared vision for growth.
Over my career, I recognized that even the best organizations struggled to tell their story in a way that was consistent, cohesive, and truly connected to their audience. In a world where leaders are asked to do more with less—less budget, less bandwidth, fewer people—the pressure to communicate effectively had never been greater.
That realization became the start of something new.
I founded First Mate Consulting to help executives and growing companies strengthen their message and streamline their strategy through the Success Voyage Framework—a three-part approach that aligns story, strategy, and execution. By integrating PR, investor relations, and marketing, we help leaders focus on what truly moves the dial, creating alignment and momentum behind every raise, launch, or initiative.
